Gateway Academy, located in Staten Island, New York, is a Christian educational institution offering programs from daycare through high school. HOW TO APPLY

Applying is easy using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.

 

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A Prospective Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

 

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

SUMMER QUEST CAMP 2025

Looking for a safe place for your children to learn and grow this summer? Consider GA's Summer Program, which provides summertime fun and spiritual enrichment for children.


WHO: Children going into Pre-k 4, Kindergarten and First Grade

WHAT: Games, Music and movement, Phonics Enrichment, Bible, Arts & Crafts, Literacy, Drama and more

WHEN: Weeks of July 7, 14, 21, 28 August 4, 11, 18

TIME: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM      

COST: There is a one-time registration fee of $100 per child


The camp runs for seven weeks beginning on July 7 through August 22 - $2,870

**All children must be fully potty trained

** If your child has an IEP or special needs, please submit the IEP to Melanie Swartout (email below) before submitting the camp application. We want to ensure that our camp is the right fit for your child and that we can effectively accommodate their needs.

For infants through age two

At GA's Christian Daycare, we provide a safe and nurturing environment where your little one can thrive. Our experienced teachers are committed to supporting your child’s development through a play-based, age-appropriate curriculum.

With an emphasis on learning through play, we follow thoughtfully planned units of study that spark curiosity, foster creativity, and build essential social skills.


Our infant program for babies ages 5 to 12 months is available Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There's limited availability, with only eight spots offered on a first-come, first-served basis.


We offer flexible scheduling options for our one and two year old program: Half-Day Program: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and

Full-Day Program 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
